Lu is an entrepreneur, CEO of Art Flow Tokyo Inc., dancer, and choreographer born in Nagasaki prefecture. She has lived in New York, London, and Tokyo.

In 2005, she became the first to introduce pole dancing, circus fitness, and aerial yoga to Japan from New York.

She has performed with the Cirque du Soleil team.

Additionally, she is passionate about animals and actively participates in animal protection activities.

Experience:

- In 2004, she became the first Japanese dancer to represent Japan at the World Dance Competition in Las Vegas, USA.

- Initiated pole dance lessons in New York, making her the first Japanese to do so, and was featured in various media as a Japanese talent active in America.

- In 2005, she introduced the first pole dance fitness program from New York to Japan.

- Obtained exclusive sales rights for "X Pole," a brand of pole dancing poles from the UK, making it Japan's first company to do so.

- Opened Japan's first and largest pole dancing and aerial dance school in the centre of Tokyo.

- In 2008, she imported aerial yoga from New York to Japan for the first time.

- She has toured 15 countries, including Australia, France, Sweden, Denmark, and Hong Kong, as part of the first pole dance world tour.

- One of her students joined Cirque du Soleil and became the company's first Japanese aerial performer. She focused on nurturing her students and encouraging them to participate in international competitions.

- She established her booking agency for dancers and models, both Japanese and foreign.

- She started aerial hoop/aerial Lyra lessons as a first in Tokyo.

- 2011 Performed on stage by Cirque du Soleil artists.

- 2013 Successfully created and ran her stage productions for three months.

- 2014 Established the Japan Pole Dance Association and operated the Japan championship. *Currently left the association.

- Serves as an official judge for the Pole Dance World Championships below.

- Launched a booking agency for overseas guests travelling to Japan.

- Served as the broadcasting manager for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics 2021 in the OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Service) group and the Japanese Olympic Committee (JOC).

- 2024 Hosting international matchmaking events for international expatriates living in Japan.

- Involved in inbound marketing for organizations such as the Agency for Cultural Affairs and Nikko Edo Wonderland.
